Usually your ISP will provide you with an address where you can transfer the image to. Then you place the URL address of that picture in the area below labeled "Optional Image URL" Contact your internet service provider (ISP) for instructions regarding FTP. There are numerous public sites that accept pictures. Essentially they hold them for you so you can send links to others who want to see them.
