The Whites 6000 series have never done well in air tests. They excell in bad ground inpart to the 4 filter design and adjustable gain AKA Signal Balance. In my mineralized hotrock infested ground my XL Pro is slightly deeper than my Minelab Sovereign when using the hotrock accept feature.
