Interesting test, 3300 vs ProXL Posted by Vlad on 6/10/2006, 1:10 am 152.163.100.138 I just tried a Edward the First Hammered Silver Farthing 1200AD{?}, and the 3300 read it as far out as the Whites, in the confines of my house with electrical limitations. The 3300 reads it as nickel, the ProXL at 12 in the foil range. In All-metal the Whites would only hit it one inch out. Both machines gave same distance in motion, three and one-half to four inches. Its silver content is obviously low, still....
